Open Position: Graphic Designer
Are you a creative talent with a passion for fashion and e-commerce? We want to hear from you.
As our Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how Nicole's Closet looks and feels online. From our website to our social media to our email campaigns, you will be the creative force behind our visual identity.
What you will do:
- Design eye-catching banners, product visuals, and website graphics that reflect the Nicole's Closet brand
- Create content for our social media channels, email campaigns, and Meta advertisements
- Work closely with our marketing team to bring creative concepts to life
- Make sure every design feels consistent, polished, and on-brand
- Help us grow and evolve our visual identity as the brand scales
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an e-commerce or fashion environment
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and detail
- Someone who can work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
- A portfolio that shows us what you can do

What you will do:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media in a warm and helpful way
- Help customers find the right pieces, sizes, and styles for their needs
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order questions with patience and care
- Support the team with daily operations and keeping things running smoothly
- Represent the Nicole's Closet brand with professionalism and heart
What we are looking for:
- Experience in retail or customer service, ideally in fashion or e-commerce
- Warm, friendly communication skills with a genuine desire to help
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of what Canadian women want
- Someone who is flexible, reliable, and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms
